May 7th, 2006 at Sacramento Raceway Park. Gates will open early in the AM and racing will start around 9:00am or 10:00am. The event will be over at 5:00pm or 6:00pm. Exact times to be determined.
This event is for vehicles originally equipped with EFI motors. Plain and simple, late model iron only. (Outlaw is of course exempt from this rule.)
Ok, time is ticking and this event is coming up fast.
This event should run much smoother then our last event as we have the ENTIRE track to ourselves this year.
Here are the classes and rules. So far we do no have any sponsors, Ihave not contacted any people or shops thus far. (All money given by sponsors goes directly to the racers!) If you know of someone or a shop that would be interested in sponsoring a class, please have them contact me at:

I talked to a few guys that were reccomended by this board and we never came to any final conclusions. This is the closest I can come to making a "fair" event, so now is the time to speak up.
We will not be moving any cars from one class to another just because they are faster. If someone dominates a class (legally), then good for them.
1) Stock Bracket (12.50 and slower) No electronics, throttle stops, delays, etc. (STREET TIRES ONLY, NO DOT slicks or DR's )
2) Modified Bracket (12.49 and faster) No electronics, throttle stops, delays, etc. (Any tires allowed.)
3) Truck Bracket (Might get lumped in with the above brackets) No electronics, throttle stops, delays, etc. (STREET TIRES ONLY, NO DOT slicks or DR's
3a) (Might get lumped in with Truck Bracket... If lumped in with above tire allowence will be determined.) Truck heads up, anything goes. No electronics, throttle stops, delays, etc. (Any tire allowed)
4) Showroom Stock GM all bolt on's allowed no heads/cam, Fords all bolt on's allowed, plus heads/cam/intake), '03/'04 Cobra's bolt on exhaust and intake only, no pulley swap. (Street tires/DR's no DOT slicks.)
5) Modified Stock GM stock displacement required, Ford stock displacement or equal sized to GM stock, ~350ci, '03/'04 Cobra all bolt ons allowed, no Kenny Bell. (All vehicles all bolt on's allowed, heads/cam/intake/etc) (Any tire allowed.)
6) Stroker Motor plus heads/cam/intake and all bolt ons (Any tire allowed.)
7) Stock Motor + Power Adder (same rules as class # 5, Modified Stock, plus one power adder) (Any tire allowed.)
8) Stroker + Power adder (same rules as class # 6, Stroker Motor, plus one power adder)
9) Outlaw, Anything EFI goes...

That's because GMs would dominate if they let us put on heads/cam/intake roflmao
sounds cool, unfortunatly the only thing I would be competitive in is stock bracket, and don't really feel like competing with a car I havn't dialed in.
I had my old T/A dialed in real good, I got pretty far in the brackets.
