Going into the planning of the fourth edition of the East Coast Nats, we invite everyone to spend a weekend with us racing, showing, and enjoying the cars and people that bring us together as enthusiasts.

Friday Night Fights: August 8th @ Island Dragway
The annual tradition of kicking off the East Coast Nats weekend with the traditional Pony Car war continues. A simple format that is more about having fun than anything else brings us together to celebrate the best that GM and F*rd have to offer.

Join us Friday night at Island Dragway, as we run the 1320' to settle the great question of who really is better. To see the planning and details of the Friday Night Fights please follow this link.

Re: 2008 East Coast F-Body Nationals

Just adding some info. I got some PMs here so I know a few plan to come out. Island Dragway - the site of the 1st NHRA 200 MPH run - is in a beautful part of the state.

Sponsors to date: NastyZ28.com, SLP Performance Parts, Inc., Edelbrock, Year One, Alex Quiles Photography, Jersey Devil Detailing, Eastern Grafix, Jegs High Performance

Clarification:
Q: Th350/400 OK for street classes? Some LS1 guys are using TH350/400 and want to know if they can run in classes other then outlaw. Per the rules, a "stock style" trans is needed in all classes other the outlaw.
A: Yes you can. Any GM TH auto trans qualifies as stock style. Same rules still apply (ie we don't allow transbrakes).
