usually I dislike knight rider cars but I do like the way yours looks with those wheels, gfx and hood. Looks like a badass big brother version of kitt.

Hey, where did you get that nose? I don't care for the standard KITT nose. Is that a KARR nose? It looks like a perfect fit. Looks almost photoshopped! I love the rims too. I've been debating about blacking out my 89 GTA.

Cool! thanks for the info. Is the best way to contact him thru the knightregistries forum or does he have a website? Do you mind sharing how much you spent on it and whether it was out-of-mold or ready for paint. Thanks again!

Re: The Real Dark Knight
Soon enough you will have enough references to the word KARR in TGO's db that I will be able to search for that word and find only you when your getting chub over a nice KITT setup.
I must agree though, thats going to be a nice setup. I would be interesting to see one of these cars in something other than black. Considering your not doing the whole kit interior, i'd like to see that nose used simply as an aftermarket bumper rather than a total knight rider conversion. Considering how unconventional your car is (in the world of third gens, and knight rider conversions) , you seem to be the best candidate for it. Nice Ride
Ever considered red or even jamaican yellow (while keeping the scanner)

Re: The Real Dark Knight
I have to say this is really a great looking car. I was thinking oh god another one of these, but honestly, yours is (if I could be a kid for 2 seconds) COOL. I really like the way your going with this. Thats the 4th gen interior swap correct, including door panels and center console.
What seats are those?

Seats are JDM Seats off of ebay. Cost under $300 shipped for the set of front seats to my door. They are cloth with a couple area covered in leather. I reused the stock seat brackets by drilling holes in the brackets. Bad thing is the seats sit too close to the shifter and can't get the center console in. I'm going to make some kind of modifications to move the seats towards the doors but haven't figured out how I want to do that yet.
Not running any backseats.

Re: The Real Dark Knight
Its about 80% of a 4th gen interior swap. The instrument cluster is wired up and 100% functional.

Re: The Real Dark Knight
Got a new bumper and STB for the project car. Decided to snap a couple pics while I had it out.
