My Future Cookie Monster

Well it's about time for me to start my build thread. This is where I'm currently sitting, I bought the car in Oct of 22 drove it home and when I went to do a Tune-up #6 plug was fouled something nasty. Did a compression check and 1-3-5-7 were all high 160's 2-4-8 low 170's with 6 at 129. Leak down on 6 and all the air was coming out of the valve cover yay cracked head. pulled the head and was greeted with (pic 1) and since I can tell the block has been decked before block vin gone and and no ridge to the deck. my current thoughts are not #'s matching not worth saving the engine, so 1 less factory l69 on the road sigh. So I decided to go the full rebuild route for the car, Just got the interior apart and I'm excited about how clean it's looking so far since the car's been in MN since 91, will post more as I go
