That is a cool car. I bet if I go to my dad's house and dig through some stuff I have pictures of your car from that show. I saw my brother in that video but not my car. I had my red at the time Berlinetta with a 400 and a m21. I remember that like it was yesturday.

Those shows at DuQuoin were the best times, the younger guys have no idea what they missed out on...........if you check out that same guys other videos he has several others from 91 that are fairly long and you might find your car in one of them.

I was just 9 back then, but I have vague memories of times like that. Nowadays it's all about how much money you spent; oh and let's not forget how hated American cars are these days at shows.

The old hot rod shows still have that type of feel, but then again, it's a completely different type of car then I'm interested in....

BTW: I have to ask; Is your car's ride as bouncy as I'd imagine it... being that low??

Lol no, I also notice it looks like that....Those ruts in the video were really deep....that was the year it rained like a SOB down there. The car actually rides almost like it did when it was new. I have done 4 Power Tours in the recent past with it, including 1500mi this year and never have the ride bother me ..... I also have back issues that are pretty sensitive to any jarring and it doesnt bother it.

If I might make a suggestion for a couple of outstanding shows.....if you have a chance the Power Tour is making a stop this year in Nashville on June 7 they usally have about 4000 cars at each stop everyday and/or if you can check out the WoodWard Dream Cruise in Detroit (usally the third weekend in August) this is by far the best cruise in the country 40,000 cars (no thats not a mistype) you wont be disappointed.
