the car is almost back together
almost finished with her finally, had to put a few things on it i didn't want to for the car to fill a spot at autorama last weekend but here are some new pictures for those of you interested to enjoy!
Before you ask it is all completely different but built to not look so. the only original piece from the last build is the ss hood which was only on for autorama.

Re: the car is almost back together
it's one of those things that you would have to see in person. i loved the car the way it was before but the last paintjob that everyone knows was done in 98. years of motor work and other mods as well as sun abuse will take it's toll no matter how well you take care of something. everything on this car has been replaced down to the bolts and all and the extras went on my other cars.
most of the biggest changes are in the details such as the inner fenders being smoothed and painted along with the underside and the rest of the car. those things that add that perfect show touch but now make it impossible to maintain if i drive it. i'm going to show it through the summer to get one good show year out of it and then drive it as much as possible and enjoy it.
the color really was the hardest part, it looks similar in pictures but to see it next to the old color body parts it's an entirely different color. can't wait to get it out into the sun!
i'm happy with the exterior, my carbon fiber interior and wild stereo to be honest is something i think i may pull and sell off in another car after show season. i'm wore out of that but the rest i love!
2 fully dedicated years, several pints of blood and more money wasted then i'd care to remember i don't want to do this ever again. thanks for the kind words fellas.

Amazing work Jeff. Color is so much better... looks to be a gold base coat on this screen. Can't wait to see some outdoor shots at ride height! Thanks for showing people how beautiful a thirdgen can be.

why you getting rid of all your thirdgens?
Ive been noticing that many folks are doing the same, and im kinda curious as to why.

Re: the car is almost back together
id like to see some pics from different angles of the back quarter panels, i really liked how you did that how did they come out? the car looks great though but i wouldnt expext anything less, im interested in seeing the interior all your other setups were sweet. it is really amazing someone puts that much money and time into a thirdgen. i love mine and put most of my money into it lol but most people just turn their nose up at these cars yours is a prime example of what "can" be done to the extreme
