Afternoon All,
I was able to get the car on the dyno last night down in Victoria, TX. Mods to the car:
Junkyard LQ4 pullout - stock crank and rods
Aftermarket flat-top pistons
Junkyard 799 heads, ported by Katech, milled ~.020", valve job, BTR springs, trunion upgrade
Pat G Cam 231/238 .629"/.615" 112 +2
Stock LS6 intake and TB
Speed Engineering 1-7/8" headers
Walbro 255, 42# injectors
LS1 style T56, Monster LT-1 clutch, 3.73 gear rear
Hooker LS swap true dual exhaust
As for the numbers on a mustang dyno, best run:
Weather Corrected HP/TQ - 499/413
Actual Measured HP/TQ - 462/415

Finally got to the dyno! Final pull: 404 whp, 387 lb/ft

Knock sensors failed pulling timing - tuner said I could get another 10HP out of fixing that.
Gained about 90HP and 70TQ from baseline by tuning and other adjustments. Pretty happy with end result.
