Need help on stroker kit decision LT1.

Time for a rebuild of my LT1, sticking with the LT1 because I've acquired some parts.
I'll list what I have, what I want and what was suggested. I'm basically going to hand the build off to someone but I'm ready to order the stroker kit and just looking for a little advice.
The car, '89 TA LT1 T56

I have.
-Trickflow GenX185 heads, assembled, new, untouched
-58mm TB, used, have to check the garage for the brand, it's been awhile.
-used, supposedly LE ported stock intake
-T56, 373's, stock rear with welded tubes
-3" catback, SLP Loudmouth, likely modify to use mufflers as we have some
muffler noise laws
-Megasquirt3 EFI

I want.
383, very streetable, if it sees a track it will be the extreme exception
I'm going to cam the car, nothing too wild, undetermined but something like a CC503
HP range of 400-450ish or perhaps more.

What I was suggested
CC503
SCAT 1-91105 or 1-41829 rotating kits.
I called SCAT twice and kinda got 2 suggestions. Both kits are 16cc pistons, which should keep me near to the 10.5:1 comp ratio. The big difference is that the 91106 is a cast crank and the other is forged. The last phone call to SCAT was the 91105 recommendation. Basically that I didn't need to spend money on a forged crank because I was staying on the street and not going to do any kind of a power adder. N2O/Blower..

I'm in Canada so I'm going to pay through the nose for shipping and really have 1 shot at this kit. Whatever I buy is going in. lol
Also Summit has a 1-91105 and 1-91105BIE .. $300 in the difference.

Advice anyone? .. Thanks!

Ordered my kit.. Scat 1-91105 .. supposedly good for 600HP .. more than I need. I'm goin to have my engine builder balance the kit when they do the machine work.

Scat 9000 series is pretty good stuff. For what you are doin you dont need forged crank

Alot of people just run the LE3 and AI packages on stock bottom ends and do pretty well. The LT1 seems to be quite happy below 500hp.
