K-member, trans mount, Pedal assembly, reprogrammed ecm for the vats. Headers, headers, fuel pump.this my first time doing a swap, so I need help an suggestions most of all. If missed any let me know please. And the tranny code is 1lpd ??

Wikipedia would be a good start on identifying the trans. Most likely it's a 6l80e/90e. 6sp auto that will not clear the trans tunnel without surgery
Beware, swapping a gen IV engine in takes most of the same route, the PCM and wiring are totally different from gen III, so unless you want a ly6 (only grn IV 6.0) the later upgrade will be a bit more involved
Physically fitting the engine takes the same route outlined in the sticky above. If the engine was equipped with VVT, the cam phaser will limit WP choices potentially forcing the use of spaces with the accessories
Same story on the truck Ac compressor. If and only if you can find/make the compressor fittings, it needs a k-member notch like any other low mount

I found someone on ebay that makes the harness. But is it possible to put a lll gen compressor on. I already have the motor an tranny. 250 for the pair, so I feel I have a head on capitol to make it work. anyone know how different the wiring will be?

I moved this to the LTX and LSX Engine Swap subforum.
I also modified the title, as I assume you mean you have a 2011 5.3, not an 11 foot 5.3...

Like pocket said... physically is all there is. the wiring harnesses from gen 3 to 4 are relatively different so don't fall for the bunny in the hat trick... you will have DOD (Displacement on Demand) which shuts cylinders off.. not bad for economy.

Re: '11 5.3 vortec swap!!
That 6L80E should sell for more than a built 4L60E or 4L80E, so that would be a good way to go if you don't want to cut the original floorpan for the 6L80E, and while I was researching it, I still haven't found if the 6L80E allows using a 3rd gen or 4th gen center console. I'd prefer 4th myself, but if I have to choose, I'd run no console at all to get a 6L80E. In my case, I want the strength of the 6L90E, but the 6L80E is supposed to be able to upshift 500 RPM later than the 6L90E, and I expect to need the extra RPM.

I recently discovered the cheap Chinese turbos people are using to run low 10's with just 5lbs of boost, and I was wondering could I run one with the vvt, giving the right tune?
