will a ls1 bolt up to a t5 tranny?

Yes, but is it worth it? I am going to be doing a 5.3 to T5, but I am not racing it. It is going to be a simple daily driver in stock form for years to come. If you are going to put an LS1 behind it and abuse it at all, you will end up with a busted transmission.
