Vibrating exhaust and a missfire

Okay so I have been chasing and engine rpm related vibration for the past 2 years to no avail. Till yesterday. I got under the car and wiggled the exhaust knowing it was somewhat loose noticed the tailpipe hits the spare tire well. I hit it over with a hammer far enough to not make contact, then I tightened it up a bit and took her for a spin. The vibration isn't near as bad at lower rpms. I still have mad clutch chatter but the car no longer makes a rattly vibration when im letting out on the clutch. Car is much smoother on acceleration. But its still there a little.
Also Ive developed a new problem, If I put the engine under too much load in first at too low of an rpm. Say 1000-1500 and more than half throttle Cylinder 7 drops a couple times. Ive got new plugs and wires. But the same thing happens at high rpms say 5800-6000 it misses but clears up before I shift. Thinking maybe the valves need readjusted?
It sounds better than it ever has since I worked the exhaust a little.
The inlet pipe to the muffler still contacts the tailpipe tho and the I pipe is a little loose still.

I cant for the life of me get the exhaust to stop rattling.
It just wont tighten up.

Worked on it some more. Sounds way better. I also adjusted the rocker on cylinder 7 and the low rpm missfire is gone but up top it still misses or detonates or pings or something.
