Engine rpm related vibration

Alright so I have this engine rpm related vibration. flywheel and clutch is new and balanced taken the belt off to rule out accessories, rotated the balancer several times. It seems to follow the exhaust note when the exhaust begins to pop at upper rpms you can feel the vibration at the same time of the exhaust note pop, Not a bad sounding pop. I think maybe my hooker catback is vibrating on the frame? or some part of the y pipe? Do i need motor mounts?
