93 LT1 Intake/Fuel rail vs. 94+ LT1 intake/fuel rail

I have two LT1 intakes, one a 92/93 style on my engine right now, and one a 94-97 style, and I'm wondering which one is better. I'm not speaking so much on the performance or the minor differences in the EGR or vacuum or anything like that, but mainly fuel rail design. I'm not going to be going full power for many years (supercharged, P&P heads/intake, possible 383 lower end), but when I do, I don't want to have to go get parts I already have, now on that subject...is the 94+ rails better than the 92/93 style in the cross over pipe? I know other cars have fuel starvation on certain injectors because of rail design, and I'm wondering if there have been any cases with the LT1 engine, and which intake I should ultimately use. I've done research and many people feel it's just a preference...but again, I think too far into things, and feel that GM wouldn't have changed a design costing themselves money unless there was a design flaw in the 92/93 to fix. Anyone with information please enlighten me. Thanks.

The 92/93 flows better as far as air flow.

The 94+ is better with the crossover at the front of the rail

The best performance setup iirc, is the 92/93 setup with the fuel rails modified to add a front crossover.
