Lt1 harness.... fusing?
Hey all....
I just swapped in a 93 LT1 in my 84 Firebird, she runs and everything (yay!)
But.. that brings me to the question... exactly where do I want to put fuses?
I had my harness modified by Dana at LT1350.com. He brought out two power wires for me, one for ignition, and the other for switched 12 volts.... I could add the fuses there, but I think it would look extremely tacky. I'd like to tap into the stock Fuse panel, but, from the best that I can tell, I only have one fuse there (10 amp) for my old ECM (Was a 2.8 carb'ed V6). I know I'll have to put one inline for the fuel pump, since the panel was not setup for an electric fuel pump. (But I'll live)
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!
