89 IROC Fresh Air Vent Is Stuck!

I have a 1989 Iroc-Z and I'm experiencing an issue with the fresh air vents located underneath the steering wheel.

When I pull on the left vent, I get outside air blowing into my car while driving, but the right vent seems to be jammed or stuck.

Can anyone provide advice on how to fix the right fresh air vent?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I am in the same boat as u & will have to remove the necessary portion of the dash to resolve. I believe that in my "84 T/A that this vent has never been used.
I think that there could be a kink in the cable.
