I have a 91 Trans Am and I have 4th gen seats all the way around. They fit perfectly. I can't see that a 97 set of seats won't fit in your car.

The rear seats fit kind of sort of. They're a little more narrow so it doesn't quite look right and the latches just barely catch.

My car is a convertible. My rear seats are from a 4th gen car and they are a one piece back to the seats. They fit perfectly. I used 3rd gen seat belts in the rear of my car.
