Led and Autometer gauges

Just switched to leds from diode dynamics in a custom gauge panel with Autometer Phantoms gauges. The problems I'm having is with the 3 3/8 speedo and tach. I dont know if they updated the gauges with diff bulbs but the 2 I tried don't seem to light the gauge face like the 2 1/16 obviously smaller. But they all take 194s.

Looks off in the pic the smaller ones are perfect and the bigger outer are dimmer. Here is the bulb I'm using in rwd:

Led

They offer a HP3 and a HP5. One is 57 lumens and thebother is 95 lumens. I have the HP5 in the bigger gauges and still its not bright.. Anyone have exp with these leds?

Re: Led and Autometer gauges

Put 12v directly to them. I bet thats as even as they will get.
