Has anyone tried these belts?

I don't know about that one but I know Camaro Central sells them with a couple of positive reviews. Can anyone else speak to either of these?

Re: New seat belts?

Well, those look nice too (maybe even the same ones?)!
Thanks.

Re: New seat belts?

From the pictures, it doesn't appear they come with a lower retractor. They appear to be 82 style where the lap belt bolts directly to the rocker.

Re: New seat belts?

Right, the one bracket replaces the lower retractor, and I think you can bolt the cover for the lower retractor to it so it looks right. I'm sure they do it this way to keep the cost down.

Also keeps the comfort down, at least for me anyway. Could not stand the lap belt in my 82 and upgraded it to have lower retractors soon after buying it.

Re: New seat belts?

How would dual retractors be more comfortable? All my other cars have single retractors on top and I don't notice a difference... except that it's easier to lock the retractor for a tighter fit.

Re: New seat belts?

Seems like an awful lot of money for seatbelts that don't even look correct. I know it's still a lot cheaper than NOS, but personally I'd rather have faded and stained correct ones than something that just immediately jumps out and looks wrong, even if it's new.

Re: New seat belts?

You could have the original seatbelts re-webbed.
