What glue for jute on back of interior panels?

What glue for jute on back of interior panels?
Pretty self explanatory - what glue should I use to reattach the jute on the backside of the rear interior panels?
My jute is half falling off and want to fix it. Would hot glue work or is there something better?

i recently used shoo-goo to glue a speaker dust cover back on my wifes car. stuff is pretty versatile.

Because I had it laying around, I used some hi-temp glue in a glue gun and it worked great.

I used Loctite power grab ultimate in a tube for a caulk gun. Worked great

With the hot glue I would be worried it would harden up before I got enough laid out to set the pad down.

What about good old contact cement? Or would that end up crumbling and falling off over time?

Spray-on will grab the surface fibers but does it need something that will work its way deeper into the fibers so get a good grip on the sheet?

When I used the hot glue, I only did a small section at a time so I could press the jute on the panel before the glue cooled off. It seemed to work pretty good.

I have used 3m super weatherstrip adhesive for years. I believe it’s as strong or stronger than vinyl top glue. Just make sure you buy the “ Super” and not the regular. You can get it at Lowe’s or Home Depot
