I had looked around on here for ideas and finally built my own gauge set up after looking at other members.

I used 1/4 lexan (doesnt crack when drilling, way easier then plexi)

I laid all the gauge spacing out on my vinyl machine and tranfered that to lexan so everything was laid out even and fit inside the outside bezel

Gutted the old cluster but kept the hi/low and turn signal area. I used vinyl decals of arrow and chevy logo on the back side of the lexan. The turn and highbeam shine through just like factory and saved me from adding 3 aftermarket lights

I put the screws below the dash level and top is retained by two brackets from the back of the gauges to the cluster frame so no screws are seen when installed

looks great. Did you retain your dummy lights too?

Nah, only thing is the turns and high beam. Keeping the dummy lights would of been alot more wiring and didnt really need them when I have the gauges to keep eye on.
