Power seat track "teflon"? repair

My drivers seat is like a rocking chair but works perfect other than that. I found a few pieces of teflon sliding material under the seat. My question IS,...Can this be replaced or something? Surly something has been done about some sort of repair. Thanks

FWIW, we've put a ton of seat bushings in C5 Corvettes here at work that have also developed "rocking chairs". Here's a link to those http://www.ebay.com/itm/Corvette-97-04-C5-Seat-Bushing-Repair-Kit-Both-seats-hard-with-lifetime-warranty-/251394697164?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3a884aa7cc&vxp=mtr
