Tips for repair plastics?

Hey guys,

My plastics that line the back half of the car are all beat up and scratched... does anyone have any tips for repairing them and makings them look nice and new? Worst case i'll have to cover them with carpet... :/

Transmission: T-5
Axle/Gears: BorgWarner 9-bolt posi, 3.27 gears

Take some automotive sand paper and wet sand them (gently, but with enough force to do some reshaping and get the scuffs out)

After that you can either give them a good coat of armorall or paint them with a same color plastic paint.

You don't think I will love all the surrounding texture from sanding? Its that maroon color...pretty hard to match :/

You're just talking about the areas that in some cars are covered by carpet, right? That's how I took it at least, and I'd say no since in those spots there isn't texture but if you're talking about the whole panel then it would just depend on how deep the scratches are, etc.

If you get with duplicolor or SEM or somebody like that i'm sure they could match it for you.
