I had my gray cloth seats recovered with black and gray vinyl...
Not really more "modern" per say, but I think I took a step in the right direction

Re: Show your Custom interiors
Daily driver pieced together from parts of at least 5 different F-bodies on a major budget over a couple years.
I grabbed a shift **** off a Pontiac - much better look in my opinion. The door panels are off some JY car. I used one of the circles from the hard plastic seat belt sleeves to fill the hole for manual windows. I also got the 1st gen badging from eBay and attached it. New carpet and custom made floor mats.

Re: Show your Custom interiors
I have a couple threads around here with mine but ill ***** it out again lol. Its my take on the camaro conteur interiors from 83-85. I basically combined two different colors into one interior (the black from the 85 and the red/orange from 83/4). This is all done in my 88 iroc.

Re: Show your Custom interiors
I had my 92 RS done at an upholstery shop near my house. The seats were wearing out in the usual spots, especially the driver seat. The cost was less to go custom than to use OEM material, so I went that route.
The headliner, visors and sail panels are done the same color as the seat inserts.

Re: Show your Custom interiors
Still working on mine...had to pause on the interior, the motor blew.
Going to redo the door panels in same combo as the seas as soon as I get the new motor installed.
