Im looking for a complete uncut interior wiring harness for an 1987 efi car. I need the whole dash, speaker wiring etc all the way back to the fuel pump bulkhead connector. Thanks

Re: complete interior wiring
I may have what you need. I would have to pull it out and look at it though. I think it is from a later car though, 91 or 92, but I may not be remembering correctly

I don't want to waste your time. But it needs to be an 87 for what I'm doing.

Re: complete interior wiring
Pretty sure the Trans Am used a Specific "body" harness compared to other Firebird / Camaro cars. Also pretty sure the GTA also used a 3rd type of Body harness in 87, so be sure that you ask for the right one !
The "body" harness connects to the dash harness behind the drivers side kick and the tail light harness behind the drivers side rear storage box. Only 86 and 87 will work for you,... 85 will not have PPD, 88 & later is different. This body harness only had certain wires on it,..... partial Courtesy lighting, fuel tank, PPD, and tail lights - and it was run to the back of the car inside a large wire harness loom along the drivers side. When optional equipment was added the additional wiring was added to the wire protectors/loom that were placed under the carpet; this is true for some basic wiring too. Rear hatch Lighting, Rear Speaker harness, Rear Defroster wiring, Rear Wiper Wiring,....... Anything like that would be separate from the 'body' harness ( but it also ran to the back of the car inside the same wire harness Loom as the 'body" harness ).
I checked and I don't have the correct Dash harness,.... I do have a 86-87 Camaro/Firebird 'body' harness as well as some factory wiring for some/most of the individual optional equipment.
