1982 Z28 Interior parts and stereo needed
With the acquisition of my father's 1982 Pace Car, I found I need some parts to make it correct.
1. The stereo is fried. I need an early AM/FM Stereo Cassette ERSS that is in working condition and in mint exterior condition. The car is a show car, so a beat up radio won't work
2. The upper door handle screws into an ABS nut. I've not been able to locate this nut, but I need two of these that aren't stripped. The one's on this car are stripped and don't hold the handle secure enough.
3. Sill plates. 1982 is specific as the seat belt goes thru the sill plate.
4. Seat belt plastic covers. These are the covers on the male end of the belt insert. The reproductions don't appear to look correct enough, so I need some that aren't broken or cracked.
5. Turn signal arm, with cruise and intermittent wiper. The one I have works, but the lettering is fading. This part is specific up to 1987. The aftermarket has the new style that has a small lip under the cruise on/off button. Would prefer the correct stick.
Thanks

Would 83 sill plates match up, or just 82? I have an 83 parts car with a nearly complete tan interior I can take a look in tomorrow.

The 82 sill plates were different than the 83-92 sills. I need 82 only. Thanks

I saw the radio post, but there are chrome parts on it and the Camaro radios were all black.
I understand that the 82 was a one year only part, but I wasn't aware that it demanded such a premium. I'll need to think about this one. I have other more pressing expenses at the moment. I'll let you know.

Understand on radio
But on the door sills being a one year only part and trying to find them undamaged, Factors into the premium price category.
Feel free to make a reasonable offer
