You mean like bragging about selling "crap" to this community for exorbitant prices?

Sorry Dave, but when the #1 headline in the world is a virus that supposedly started from bad hygienic practices in a Chinese market, MOST people would have the good sense to not be trying to sell ripped up seats that were covered in mouse urine and feces the first time you posted them. It's not trolling and harassment, it's looking out for the people you're unabashedly trying to take advantage of. Get yourself some integrity, find some self respect, and strip the hard parts that can be sterilized, then THROW AWAY the parts that are a biohazard. Or just toss them completely, you can't possibly be hard up enough to salvage parts rodents used for a toilet.

Usually I'd skip right past a thread like this, but after following Drew's link trail, I'm curious as to how much you're asking for these seats. I hunted for a LONG time for a replacement pair of tan GTA's for my car, and if these were offered to me for free, I would have declined. I'm not trying to pick a battle, but what would be a single reason why anyone would choose to put these in their car?

He started at $500, complete with mouse turds. If a person doubled down on the hazmat protective gear, I could see a desperate person stripping the covers and foam, immediately putting those parts in a trash bag, and decontaminating the plastic and steel parts with bleach. With new foam (Is GTA/4th gen seat foam reproduced?) and upholstery, and a bit of scrubbing, I could see these seats being saved. But I wouldn't try to take someone's money for them. I wouldn't try to ship them. I wouldn't risk tarnishing my reputation on the World Wide Web trying to make a buck on them. Morally I wouldn't even make a throw away Ebay ID and try to dump them on some random stranger. There's no way I'd list them under my normal username, and try to charge someone $500 for shredded seats, etc. This is right up there with trying to sell a used "30-minutes or less" hotel room mattress on Craigslist for more than a new one. "Those stains just add personality yo! That ****'s custom."
