I do have a stock steeting wheel but the one that came in it was a firebird, inside it had two stock steering wheels when I bought it as a parts car, I used one and put in mine and the other is still in the back seat

I'm assuming you mean the part that accepts the seat belt and holds you in place? Yeah they are and they are good

Steering colum is in good shape. No tilt syndrom. No loose parts.
