The top shifter plate or the whole console? The car has a B&M shifter in it currently. The shifter install required cutting of the shifter plate. Pics are available in the firebirds for sale thread or I can post them in this thread later. I'm replying from my cell phone right now and don't have the pics available. Let me know exactly what part you need and I will work out a package deal for the shifter and the plate if that's what you want.

My shifter plate is different, but I am interested in the shift cable as long it is OEM and for a 700r4

It's not an OEM cable. It's part of the B&M shifter and is sold with it.
