Identify this document?

Looking back through some papers on my car and came across this one and for the life of me have no idea where it came from. It definitely did not come with the car when I purchased it. Any thoughts/ideas?

Re: Identify this document?

It's a copy of the invoice. They usually come from PHS (Pontiac Historical Services) or GM Media Archives for a fee. About 20 years ago we had someone on the forums that sent them out for free if requested.

Yup, as said, invoice. I used to get them right from the dealer for free back in the early 90s, not sure when they stopped. Probably after 9-11 or the implosion/ restructure

Re: Identify this document?

GM stopped giving them to us for free after word got out and everyone on the forum was contacting GM to get theirs. Many got them for free until GM found that charging a fee worked as people continued to request them.
