Looks like they're all listed in the PDF at Austin third gen:

Hi Nutro,
That list does not define RPO R9W.
Not sure if you have a Camaro.
For 1991-1992 Camaro, RPO R9W = Rear Window Defogger Not Desired
Do you have the little wires in your back window?
In 1992, there were 692 Camaro Z28s with R9W (no defogger).
