dam that sucks for the seller .. took a hit on that car .. what was the hammer down on this , like 45,000

I think this is what ray jr is referring to...since the seller just paid $53k + $5k buyer's premium on BaT back in August.

That BaT sale would have made sense for a true collector or a museum, sure not for a flipper. I suspect the owner's situation changed dramatically and forced the resale? Don't suppose we'll ever know.
