Not much info. Appears quite neglected. Bids already at $3500. I’d pass. Wonder how high the bidding will get

Luckily, I bought a mouse infested car which had been sitting for over 20 years a few months ago. Otherwise, I'd be very tempted to go after this one. I'd bet that I know exactly how this one smells.

I am guessing this is part of an estate sale? Hard to believe anyone that went thought the trouble of putting these cars away wouldn't at the very least rinse them off & put some sort of description on them.

Thiss would be a fun surprise project, but this one was for sure parked when it was already 90% used up.
Anybody ask the seller for the RPO tag yet?

Sold! $4930.

Just $20 less than I paid for my '92, Purple Haze, Z28, convertible, 6 years ago.

Wow....that car was NOT nice. Looks like it was stored with the top down for a long time. I don't know if I've ever even seen a torn rear, bottom seat cushion.

Ha! I was thinking the same. I can't remember ever seeing a torn rear cushion either.

Darin, if you ran across that car, how much would you pay?

That's a hard 98k miles.

Winning bid: $4,930.00

I like how they covered up the license in one pic and then not in the other...

Man, I don't really know without seeing it in person. But, I will say that I have bought way better project cars for $1,500. And my blue car is one of them, lol

I think I'd go up to $1,000 if I didn't have to pay to ship it across the country.

Anyway, I hope it turns up somewhere and see what the new owner does with it.
