Yup, Maroon, 1985. Looks good. No AC, manual windows and door locks, manually-adjustable seats, nice interior color combo. Well-kept, for having passed through a few owners. I'm sure this one will find a good new home.

I found one that color in a junkyard about 15 years ago, all faded and oxidized. One of the few 1985 L69/5-speed TAs. I pulled its 3.70 9-bolt. Ended-up giving it to a kid in SoCal about ten years ago who was building a Firebird for a school project. A few years later he was selling everything. He never did it lol. Hope the axle got a good home!

Don't see too many Trans Ams with LS seats. Too bad about all the details. For a 27k mile car it doesn't have the original exhaust, the centercaps are hosed, looks like something is up with the lugnuts, and that's a fiberglass aerowing. Idk, given it's a bit rough around the edges, and it's a Trans Am without a lot of options, I don't see it going for much. It's pretty, from a distance.

Looks like a honest car to me. A nice one you could work on as you drive it.

Great looking car. All but that ugly fiberglass rear spoiler.

The car somewhat reminds me of the electric race toy car that I had when I was a kid and still have it somewhere. Of course not completely identical.

I like it. The hood bird seems a bit small though. I would envision the bottom feathers at the front tip of the hood and the tip of each span just touching the side vents on the hood up by the cow. Maybe I'm over thinking it though.

I like it, too, but I'd like it better with A/C and the power options. I think the older ThirdGens have more character despite they might not be quite as good as the later ones that benifited from production improvements. The hood bird, the fade-dot stripe, two-tone seats, are just some of the stuff that went away as the car got a little more common to the next one.

Exactly, that spoiler is awful...
