Looking to were I could find production numbers on my sons 1991 GTA LB9 5speed Black ext with blk leather t-tops. I found one website with some breakdowns of rpo’S . Maybe color combos are more difficult to breakdown?

Not sure which website you're referring to, but very few have that information. GTASourcePage would be one of the few. Compnine got GM's records so they are about the only source that can help determine production figures with options on top of options. But there is no guarantee of accuracy and there will also be error. I have documents from Pontiac that contradict each other on production figures so if the source couldn't get it right, it never will be.

GM didn't exactly keep track of options on top of options as far as production numbers. So using Compnine's database, and their scripts, they show approximately 85 - 1991 GTAs with the LB9 305, CC1 T-Top, 41U Black exterior and 192 Black leather.

Edit: I just noticed the car is a Canadian car. So the above figures would be less, of course, if factoring in the export part.

Is that Z49 figures? Either way, they don't quite match Compnine's but aren't totally off. Though I wonder why those figures would be off at all and who is more accurate?

It is just the Y84+LB9+MM5+41U numbers... he got the info from Compnine...

OK, that appears correct.

There is a weird bug with the script that doesn't always properly refresh the numbers correctly if an option is added and then removed. That happened in my case when I was checking your numbers to see how they fit. Because I've seen that bug before, I usually double-check before I provide figures but this wasn't one of those times.
