Exterior looks nice. Black spray bomb on the suspension and the infamous overspray where they missed. Wheels need some work. Probably a $10,000 car, give or take a little.
Nice car for its age but 10k would be pretty fair for the seller Id think.
Some get carried away with nostalgia, breaking down their rpo codes and the very rare thing. Its a Camaro not a real collectors item
It is sharp overall in comparison to most though.
considering they just put a few grand in it id say 11-12k is a decent number .. it is a one owner original 50k mile car that someone could actually drive and enjoy ..

It looks like the car might have never gotten wet and if it checks out as one owner that babied it it’s worth more than $10k.. especially if the interior is mint with no broken or cracked trim and everything works and there’s no dents, dings, etc.. It’s like a show car you can drive...

you have to admit , it is nice to see in 2019 you can still buy a nice original iroc for a reasonable price .. i post them all the time .. the only thing i dont like about this one is the t-tops
You guys are something else. The market is showing a #3 car (average car) with ttops is about $17k. A #2 car, a car that has some flaws, but not really noticeable to the average person, is showing about $27k. This car, if it's in really nice driver condition, should fall somewhere in between. If not in between, then the $17k as a #3, average car, should be the base.

i have found a ton of nice irocs this year in the 13k range .. i post them all the time .. the market is what the market is and in 2019 you can get a nice iroc for 10-15k all day long ..

I think it’s great if these cars sell for $30k... That’s not throw around money a lot of thirdgen enthusiasts have though...
I think my C4 should be worth more but it’s not up to me and at least I got an awesome deal on it.. If some other guy wants to sell theirs for less it drives the price down, but if they are willing to take less then that’s the price... There’s too many nice, low mile C4s being unloaded for cheap so it is what it is..
Nothing really has value... Every transaction is a unique negotiation...
The most I would have paid for my holy grail options and color thirdgen in perfect showroom condition would maybe have been mid 20s... It would have to be a car that I know wouldn’t come around again with all my personal boxes checked... . I still see a lot of show quality cars selling in the mid-high teens and really nice drivers selling low teens..
I have watched the prices on these cars for the past decade and I really think the IROCs are being overpriced by some dealers and the auction attention has bumped prices... It’s not a real market driven demand though, so I don’t believe those high $20k-40k prices are realistic.
You have to be pretty savvy and act quick to get a good deal, so any average guy that decides he wants to spend some quarterly bonus money on an IROC without doing years of research on prices will probably overpay and be fine with it... The lifelong enthusiasts who look at prices every day for years will probably snag a good deal..
I do think this car is probably worth more than $13k, but I’m also saying based on the ad, I bet they’d take $12k and someone should jump on this...
all these cars are 2019 prices not years ago pricing and i have found a ton more this year .. so what your saying is with the great iroc market we cant buy cars like this , ya ok ..
i forgot about the all mighty barrett jackson auction .. well here is one from last week
1991 z28 conv. with 1600 miles on it brought 22,000 .. seller probably didnt walk away with 20,000 after all said and done .. it is 2019 right
I feel like the auctions and attention have pushed more low mile cars out of the woodwork for sale... I see more nice examples for sale for good prices than when I got mine..
Like the C4 prices... put a ton of babied low mile cars into the market and the competition to sell lowers the prices..
I never thought there would be this much inventory on nice Thirdgens... It’s not a bad thing for enthusiasts..

i honestly thought years ago the iroc was going to be a big thing at barrett jackson in the future .. you barely see any irocs , maybe one or two .. its a big gamble taking a third gen to these auctions and paying all the fees and travel time and not knowing if you are going to make out ..

Appraised value, NADA Hagerty BJ auction stuff in ads means nothing thats sucker bait.
As said theres no real guide, every selling situation is unique. If someones gotta have that dream car now they will pay...or sadly ignorant. I love good deals, doesnt matter what the car is. Got that favorite thing out of the systme yrs ago.
Theres no magic to any of them take one apart youll see its nothing more than nuts and bolts thats it.
Irocs, stangs are worth something to us that grew up with them but they simply are not items a higher end is going to spend$ on.

I totally agree. For example, last weekend I bought a 1995 Corvette with 85k miles. No accidents, etc. Clean title, clean carfax, all that. The car had been sitting for 6 years, but I bought the thing for $3,000. I put 4 new BF Goodrich Sport Comp 2 tires on it, cleaned and buffed it, and I have been driving it EVERYWHERE. What kind of IROC could I have bought for that same 3 grand???? A complete basket case lol. If ya want a nice C4, they are absolutely everywhere, and cheap compared to a similar condition IROC

C4 is a lot of car for not a lot of money... 92-96 has a lot of cool tech too... Shocking for how old they are..
