89 WS6 Trans Am

Have to start with : don't even think to laugh or cry ...that was my initial reaction.

Found this for $7,500 http://www.ebay.com/itm/1989-Pontiac...RZUfEJ&vxp=mtr

with the typical video review

So how much is that even worth. Can that really be 28,000 with so much wear on the carpet? Pedals look new but everything else looks like it went to the moon and back.

Re: 89 WS6 Trans Am

I actually was laughing, that was humorous for sure. "Loaded,it has everything. The front license plate bracket"
"this thing is barely broken it, it's barely broken in". And he loves all that patina on the hood.... you know, the patina. Lol
if he had of just told it like it is, that would have been cool. But he pumped it up like it is a rare barn find '69 'Bird. Lol

That crackhead has a video on youtube of that car covered in leaves and mud. Pulls it out of a mudhole and starts pressure washing and talking about how great it is.

Don't do drugs kids.

I saw his video about a week ago on YouTube. There must be a half dozen people explaining to him in the comments the "deep dish" wheels go on the front and are marked that way......he went back and switched them around.

What a shame. Sure, it has 28K, but it looks like it's been parked on (not in) the sun since new. That car is so beat and worn-out that the miles don't even mean anything at this point, even though I've verified them through Carfax. Someone really let that car go.

I'm sure Carfax can be cheated.

I was watching the other day a guy explaining how a Lamborghini burned to crisp (it was a pile of black pieces) sold for 13,000 dollars at an auction. Not saying this is the same thing but people there were thinking he sure can get 13k of parts out of the pile of junk.Reality was the guy who won the auction was one of those sellers of stolen exotic cars.He just needed the VIN number.13k for a Lamborghini is not much.

If you really want to fool Carfax you can do it.I never underestimate people figuring out ways to cheat the system. The carpet in that car looks worn ...the sun can't do that.

Same guy had a Mercedes there with 80,000 miles and the brake pedal was almost gone from wear. That's bullshit...you can't wear a brake pedal while the stupid car is still in warranty.I had a Mercedes with the same pedal with 200,000 miles with less wear.

Haha! He's a funny guy! That car is a rust bucket...light patina is such a joke! I'd give him a grand and part that one out.

Re: 89 WS6 Trans Am

That guy's a joke, I've been on his website and most if not all of his cars are beyond rough. He had a video of a black GTA running on about 2/3 of one cylinder and he was talking this thing up. It really sounded like one the old hit and miss engines. He probably buys his inventory out of folks yards for next to nothing and puts these crazy numbers on them.
