Was leaving Jury Duty today when I spotted this pace car in the corner. Not even parked correctly. By the looks of it, it has to have been there for months if not longer.

Poor car.

Its in the Skokie IL Courthouse parking garage.

I don't know. I do know I can tell you ONE thing.

We have a IL car parked in the Cook County Courthouse parking garage, passed every day by cops, and this thing doesn't have any plates, and no tickets for said no front plate!

I doubt its anything other than an abandoned car.

As for finding more information about it? I don't care about the car really.

Someone in IL wants to find out? The address is not hard to find, and its not hard to spot in the garage.

Other than the paint scheme I'm not drawn to early thirdgens. I'm too performance focused in what I want out of the car. I'd find myself stripping it down, and swapping another powertrain in.

So I lack the desire to find out more about the car. But I know some people do desire the early cars. So I posted it up in case anyone wanted to investigate more.

POS cook county sheriff name Lou Batalgia. He's into those '83 DT500's and last I heard he works at the Skokie court house. I sadly ran into this POS CLOWN 5 years ago in Chicago and he RIPPED me off . And I later found out he ripped off MANY people !!

I grew up Chicago and NW burbs most of the 90's and ya corrupt cops and GOV officials were just part of life living there And recent years when I visit Chicago, I get pulled over for some STUPID Sh$t cause of my out of state plates.


Lou fits in that category . Hopefully things will change with new generation, But very doubtful.

This thread should be about the car and not about the person. Otherwise it's not for this section and possibly not for the site. It appears the thread sort of ran its course by discovering there apparently is an owner.

To address the "I CANNOT believe he's still on TGO and allowed on here" statement, let me ask you a few questions. Did you provide us your Social Security number? Your physical mailing address? Copy of your driver's license? Of course not. What I'm saying is, us being expected to know who each member is, isn't practical and thus we're not "allowing". This is no different than any other online community-based website like ours.

I don't recall anyone sending us information on this. So others didn't either or they don't care.

I don't mean to sound like an ***. Sometimes people don't understand this and claim we simply allow something to happen when the fact of the matter is no one informs the proper people.
