It is not a build sheet at all, it is the build list they would have used in the assembly plant to know which car gets which interior.

That highlighted part for the carmine and gray was my car until the previous owner wanted a black interior and tried to dye and paint all the carmine red and gray parts black. Even the red carpet was sprayed. I could have sold all those red pieces for good money, darn shame. only thing that escaped it was the seats but they are worn down. I actually have them for sale on the forum. Ive got it all ripped out right now and taking my tan interior out of my rust bucket trans am and changing it over.
