iroc-z pinstripe
question on how the iroc-z pinstripe is supposed to go. When looking at pictures I see some have the black stripe on bottom and others have black on the top which is correct? I want to put mine back on.

The correct stripe for your car is the 85-87 double stripe with a thick black stripe on bottom and a thin silver stripe on top. Places like Classic Industries sell them.

However, your car has the IROC-Z emblem on the back of the door and the 1988-1990 wheels. If you are trying to make your car look like an 88-90, then you want the opposite with the black strip on top.
