New to 3rd gen. Just picked mine up recently. Looking for information on these myself. Would love to know about the availability of owners manuals and any literature available.

Re: Looking for 1987 Convertibles with VIN 3

I'm not sure if you have these cars in your data base but I'll post them anyway.. the first one is 1G1FP31H6HN146597 it's for sale for at a "bump your head" price of 27k down in Florida. Its a Sport coupe, White with Black trim and Top, My notes say it has Beige aftermarket leather seats. LG4/ Auto. the second one is a nice Sport Coupe Bright Red/ Black top LG4/ 5 speed Black custom interior Low mileage car that sold at a auction last September. VIN on that one is 1G1FP31H9HN156606.. number 3 is VIN 1G1FP31H2HN148783.. The only thing I have on this one is that it's bright Red with a Black top.. The last one is in a salvage yard in Virginia, it's says it's a '87 and looks to be a LT. it's bright Red has the Gold Spoked wheels. it also has the body colored body side mouldings. there is no VIN on the sight so it may not be a "3" car , but it looks like a ASC to me. The name of the Yard is German Autohaus in Hampton, Va. the Phone number is 757-723-8764.. It's definitely worth checking on this one .

Thanks Chris. I did have 2 of yours listed and I added the other two. I was able to get the details on the 3rd car by doing a VIN search on GOOGLE. Thanks

Re: Looking for 1987 Convertibles with VIN 3

Almost 30 years later, I still have mine. A Z28 (no IROC-Z option) with an LB9 / 5-speed. All original including cloth top, with one respray (no body work) in the 90s. Engine has never been out. Took this pic last year.

Willie, ol' buddy. How have you been? Call me sometime to catch up. I still love the look of the Z28 with the silver GFX.

Scott,
I lost your number when I dropped my phone in the doggie water bowl last year (I think). I did not realize until a few days ago I no longer had your number. Text me first and I'll call you!!!

What model is the above? Is it a Z28 or an IROC-Z?

Re: Looking for 1987 Convertibles with VIN 3

I didn't have this one in my listings. Unfortunately, I don't have enough to share as the list is still too small to show any true percentages.
