Welcome to TGO if you haven't been already.
NOD - Assembly Plant,Norwood,Ohio
YT9 - Option Package,Fisher Furnished Parts
The others I haven't found yet.Could the C48 be C49(rear window defroster)? The B and G codes could be the codes for front and rear springs(just a guess though).

Re: RPO Codes
According to the Camaro White Book, their was only 74 86 Camaro with 350and none were sold, they were used for testing, more likely it is a 305 or someone put the 350 in it

Re: RPO Codes
According to records here and on other sites, they only made 50 Irocs with 350's (74 or 50, either way very few) and none were sold to the public. Also none were Corvette 350's (they were never put in a Camaro).
Here's a quote from the Thridgen tech database . . .
In otherwords, if that's the engine you have, it's not original.
It's rumored that records also show that 50 1986 350 (5.7) IROC's were built. These cars were built primarily for testing and were the ones we saw tested by the automotive press late in 1986. These 350 IROC's (being 1986's) had the externally mounted third brake light on the hatch glass and the pre-1987 head/edge mounted valve cover design. The 350 in the IROC-Z differed from the Corvette 350 TPI in that the IROC-Z 350 TPI had the regular Camaro valve covers, iron heads, (instead of aluminum) and the iron IROC-Z exhaust manifolds. At the last minute it was decided that the 1986 350 IROC would not be available. Fortunately they decided to start production of the 350 IROC in 1987.

Yes i didnt think so but none the less its fast. although i havent verified the numbers on the block itself that will telll the truth. whoever had it before me had put some work into it. Chrome valve covers. accel ignition distibuter and wires etc. not saying that makes it any faster but it helps. Thank you for the input. ill start restoring the rest of her. anyone have 16 x 8 rims for sale??

Re: RPO Codes
I found my RPO Codes in the storage compartment in the hatch area. I believe they can also be found in the center console.
If yours are missing like alot of them are, I think you can take your VIN to a dealer and they can tell you what your RPO codes are supposed to be, now I may be wrong about that, but thats what I've heard you can do.

You can call 1-800-222-1020 for a restoration kit, I believe the info, meaning full specs for your car is free.

Re: RPO Codes
If you are speaking of the one on our website (as there are others found on the Internet), ours is not broken. It requires .NET framework to be installed on your system. Make sure that is installed on your computer because that isn't always the case.

Re: RPO Codes
Honestly if you cannot find it here on TGO then go to goolge or Yahoo and type "RPO" and then the RPO in the search...
I could not find an exact for all of these, the following are what would be in the group. If you ever look at RPO's they group them together, and usually you can decipher what they may be from others in that area. IE AAT did not exist in my Dec 1993 Book but AA3, AA4, AA9, AA7, AB1 all do and they are all for some sort of Window... It may be a fast down window motor, or for a Black painted edge, its really not clear
AAT - Paint Process - Two Tone Special
B9D - VEHICLE GM PROD WEEK 04
C8E - SEO COMPONENT 2 BLACK
C8G - SEO COMPONENT 3 WHITE
C8M - SEO COMPONENT 1 BLACK
EGW - FLEET PROGRAM "DELAYED WARNING"
FLT - Sales Processing Option
IPB - TRIM INTERIOR DESIGN (PB)
PZB - I doubt this... Fuel Tank, LH Rect... More likely something to do with a Wheel, possibly spare tire, or Wheel cover...
R6D - Control Sales Item # 04
R9W - Control Sales Item # 96
VQ1 - FLEET PROGRAM DEALER ASSISTANCE, WITH HOLDBACK
1AA - Sales Incentive - Retail Amenities - Delete
1SZ - DISCOUNT OPTION PACKAGE
