'87 IROC on Ebay Incredible Undercarriage

In looking through listings ran across this beauty. What really caught my eye are the undercarriage photos. She brings Scottmoyer's '87 to mind. And it's interesting to see the window sticker. She is a ultra low mile beauty and look at the starting price.Have to watch this one to see if she meets her reserve.

Very sweet ride.

Funny, even though it does have the L98 350 (no disputing that), they made errors in the ad. In 2 places under specs in says 5.0L.

Re: '87 IROC on Ebay Incredible Undercarriage

I agree with UNCLE TOM. Am I the only one who sees white arm rests with gray interior or is it time for new glasses? Why does the seller, the car dealer, have the engine listed as a 305 when the supposed paperwork for this car says it has a 5.7 350?

Re: '87 IROC on Ebay Incredible Undercarriage

Did they paint the underneath black in 87? Or did somebody undercoat / paint everything?

It appears to be a dealer undercoating job. Maybe soundproofing? Seems unnecessary either way.

Nice car no matter how you look at it.

Yes the white arm rest/door pulls do kind of jump out at you.And the radio has the grey *****/buttons(possibly a Pontiac unit or is this correct for '87).The control arms front/rear are the correct color but the rest is porbably a dealer applied undercoat. And yes it's odd to have the engine info correct in one place and incorrect in another. The eighth digit of the VIN is a 8 so she is an original B2L/L98 IROC.

Looks like it needs a few front end bushings too. They look like mine, and mine have over 203000km on them.

The door pulls are the only thing wrong here. The radio buttons are black as they should be. The car has been undercoated. I wish mine was undercoated with black instead of the beeswax they used in some areas.
