yep they made a few right hand drive cars to send across seas. Looks like the floormat says Netherlands?

that would be pretty awesome.

I could never imagine driving with that huge catalytic converter hump on the floor.

Somewhere on the Internet there's a '82 Black/Gold T/A right hand drive car in Australia talk about different Even has the amber export taillights VERY VERY rare.

Looks like "Sutherlands" to me

Edit...Did an internet search on "Sutherlands" turns out it is Sutherlands American Car Sales, of Queensland Austrailia which imported cars from America. Their homepage http://www.sutherlandscars.com.au/Welcome.htm
has the same "sutherlands" logo as on the floormat.

I never saw a GM "converted" F body. They were done overseas by private shops.
Costs a ton on money.
