A buddy of mine and I found this car recently and did a little work to it.

It's a 1991 TPI Injection 5.7 350 V8 GTA (Automatic). From what I understand there were only 2035 GTA's made in 1991. Out of those, only 377 were painted white. And only about 40 of those had this car's dark gray cloth interior. Everything on this car is totally original down to the CD player and works beautifully: A/C, cruise, power windows, locks, seats, defogger, even the power antenna and trunk release work. This car has been taken care of very, very well and because we live in California, it's totally rust free......miles 84879.......vin number 1G2FW2380ML202531

Like I mentioned, we've done a little work to it since we got it. The new parts include: sway bar link bushings (front and rear), directional tires, hood struts, brakes, belt, hoses, injectors, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and head liner. Interior in this thing is really amazing. An easy 9 out of 10. Motor and transmission preform great (no issues and no leaks). The paint on this car is in great shape for its age. She shines and shows well at car shows. It has a history of adult ownership, and has never been abused.

It's an automatic. Sorry, about that! I forgot to put that in the message!

Yeah, it's super clean. We were honestly shocked to find the interior in such great shape. Someone took really good care of it.

Perhaps before you join the board for the sole purpose of selling a car you should at least have the knowledge to know TPI and LT1 are two different engines. The LT1 not appearing until the 4thgen camaro.

Yet autocheck shows a consistent increase up to 183,877 miles as of the last entry which would make sense if you rolled the 1 off now.

Aaron.... thanks for pointing that out. Sorry, I checked with my friend and he said you're right and he misspoke. The LT1 didn't come out until the next gen Camaro.

Could you clarify what you are saying about the miles? I'm not sure what you're getting at. The car sure doesn't drive like it's got that many miles on it.

To be honest, I don't know much about cars. My buddy that I bought the car with is more of the enthusiast. He just doesn't have time to jump on the forum and actually post anything. When anyone asks a question I give him a call and he just tells me what to answer. So, I apologize for any misinformation. It's not intentional.

Why would someone intentionally trying to misrepresent a car put the VIN in the ad on the internet where everyone can lookup anything? Give the guy a chance to respond. I think a lot of great finds might otherwise just end up on Craigslist islands if newbies were prevented from selling their third gens here.

Car looks like its in great shape but for that many miles, its way overpriced. Maybe 3 grand tops would be reasonable.

My dream thirdgen Trans Am is the '91 - '92 GTA 5.7 TPI just like this one either in white or black with the Hood bird, even with 184,000 miles I'd pay 3,500 for it. And I live in Los Angeles so not that far away, But Unfortunately I don't have Space for it. A friend offered me his '78 t/a 400 for $500 but had to turn it down because I have nowhere to put it. I already have 3 fbodys in my house. + my daily driver sedan + the work truck for hauling supplies. you caught me at a bad time but otherwise I'd Race over there at midnight to get it.

You dont see many 91-92 GTAs and you'll have a Hell of a time finding an originally optioned 5.7 fully loaded 91-92 GTA
