Lower Chassis Brace

With inspiration from the Kenny Brown Lower Chassis Brace that was offered 20 years ago I've fabricated my own.

The inspiration, not sure why the opposing mounts but.....

A quick modification to the pitcure because I prefer symmetry

Version 1.0 I used solid rod ends with a threaded backing plate on the inside of the frame

Version 2.0 I used welded plates in place of the solid rod ends.

Not sure yet, cars a long term project and it's not back on the road just yet.

what do the bolts attach to inside the frame area? did you put a plate inside with nuts or something?

there’s a 1/2” thick threaded backing plate inside the frame
