need a 2nd gen guru any one?

Sorry didnt know were else to post ive got no help out of 3 other forums and third gen always helps.

78 trans am 6.6 400 edelbrock torker 2 intake and edelbrock carb.
Can not get the shaker to mount onto the factory air cleaner because of the intake. So i lowered the air cleaner 4.5 inches, yet it would clear, it would not work . There are aftermarket ones for a edlebrock rpm and preformer but nothing on the torker 2 im lost and dont know what to do its eather no airfilter or no shaker....

plz help thanks guys
