I didnt feel like sawing up my car so I put mine in the stock location.

Cool, I don't think I'll be able to fit this into the stocker location.


My car is going to be more of a ragged edged street car, more of a track car (road racing) so i'm definately going to have to build a firewall if I put it inside the car.

I've been browsing a few other people's fuel cell set ups. Motor City Brandon I think is the guys name, he's got a nice set up.

Yep, if you put it in the car you'll need to make the firewall and all that. Heres the one I have in the stock location:

That's a nice install, but that's one made specifically for our stock location isn't it?


Does anybody know how much the factory fuel tank weighs?

less then 10 LBS empty i would think. i have removed two now... but both had a little fuel in them still (you can never get it all out)

Nah, it's made for our younger LS1 cousins, but with a little bit of work it'll fit in our cars.
