I need a car cover
I was looking to purchase a new car cover for my 91 camaro RS. I want an indoor and outdoor one. I want to know if anyone has purchased one that they like and works well. Amazon O'Reilly or AutoZone is where I was looking and want to spend as little as possible for a good fit but up to $200
Thanks
Thanks

Re: I need a car cover
I got one from coverking.. Was $500.. It's the Autobody Armor which is indoor/outdoor.. Waterproof, ding resistant, UV resistant, and custom made to fit.. Has a lock too..
Pricy but awesome..
They have cheaper ones too.. Coverking.com

Re: I need a car cover
^ i have heard that coverking has some really nice covers. im curious to know what others use.
sorry in advance this seems like a really hard push for covercraft-- it's simiply because it's the only cover i have experience with. lol. but i like the covercraft evolution 4 technalon cover. not the block-380 series or others. got it from autoanything.
pros: custom fit with mirror pockets fits good
higher uv and ding protection of covercraft models
fabric texture inside
good weight
cons: wish it was slightly more waterproof (the chart shows noah is more)
cut yourself for antenna, comes with gromet (i did not do this)
under $200. for less money u can get the same technalon/evolution material in non custom fit, and wolf ready fit. i think autozone/oreilly carries these, at least online.
i had the ready fit before for 7 years and it was fine, but could come off in a storm if not secured. it came with my car, and i accidentally ruined it by putting it thru a commercial washer/dryer a few times, and by pulling it off of something it was frozen to. it started to powder.
but i bought another (this time custom fit) because i always liked the inner lining which didnt scratch my paint, even in the wind. saw some of my friends got their fenders buffed by using the gray plasticy car covers from stores.
this link is helpful to compare part # of covercrafts. they're sometimes hard to find using store sites.
