IROC hood, At my wits end! (found one)
This has just been ridiculous trying to get a good original iroc hood. I don't need louvers, just a rust free hood. Broke down and bought a repop from Summit. They shipped four times, all damaged, one almost folded in half. I did get one with only about a fist size dent in it from them, but the hood was almost 3/16 shorter than an OEM. Drove a little over an hour to look at a "mint" hood, was a repop that was rusted worse than my original and bondo'd. I am seriously ready to give up and park this car for another winter, soon to be here.

I am willing to meet halfway. And my brother who lives in Va just came through yesterday, heading that way.

Re: IROC hood, At my wits end!
I'd love to have it. About 220 miles to Cleveland. I dropped a pin on every hood I have found recently, there is a circle all around me that is 200 miles or more from my location. It's actually become kind of amusing. I may just wind up renting a truck and making the drive. I added another hood to the list of ones shipped and came here damaged. Instead of being shocked this last hood was damaged, I was shocked how little it was in comparison to the rest. No shat, this is seven attempts at getting a hood. I just don't have it in me to attempt it again. If this keeps up, I could be personally responsible for there being no Iroc hoods left on the planet.
