Any idea if the front bumper needs to be removed to install that grille insert? I'd be interested in it if it doesn't, shipped to 30350. Assuming it fits a '91 RS.

I don't think so, but it has been out from my car for at least 18 years. I can't remember, but i think it is unlikely you would have to take the whole bumper off. I think maybe some of the shrouding underneath and tuck it int here. I think also those 3 foot long metal rods that are shaped into a letter X and act as a radiator opening support brace, those have to be unbolted and put through the shroud where there are slots for them. But it shouldn't be a hard project to get it installed, just some flexing of the plastic and a few fasteners .
